Tiffany is a lifelong educator, globe-trotting tutor, and literary enthusiast who has taught in classrooms from the sunburnt coasts of Australia to the bustling streets of Southeast Asia — and even the exotic suburbs of New Jersey. Armed with a bachelor's in English Literature and International Development, plus a master's in Education, Tiffany has dedicated her life to helping students unlock the magic of words (and the mysteries of standardized tests).
Her teaching career began in her "younger and more vulnerable years" (to borrow from Gatsby), when she became a high school prep tutor while still in high school herself. In college, after realizing she had a knack for polishing her friends’ essays to an unnatural shine, she took on the dual role of academic writing mentor and private tutor. Since then, she has guided students through the labyrinth of the SAT, ACT, Australian HSC, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
Tiffany’s students love her energy, creativity, and occasional theatrical performances of Romantic and Beat poetry (which she insists are purely educational). A published poet in both the US and abroad, she is currently crafting her first collection while studying advanced poetry at the Writer’s Studio New York — because, let’s be honest, she just can’t resist the written word.
