The Navigator guides the overarching strategy of the college application voyage. With years of experience in college admissions, our navigators use a combination of analytical prowess and intuitive insight to steer each student’s course. They oversee the development of application strategies, ensuring that every maneuver is perfectly aligned with the student’s long-term academic and career goals.
The First Mate is responsible for refining and perfecting the application materials. This role involves a close working relationship with the student, focusing on crafting compelling essays and personal statements that resonate with admissions committees. The First Mate ensures that each piece of writing not only meets Grey Eyed Owl’s high standards, but also captures the unique voice and spirit of the student.
The Boatswain manages the detailed aspects of the application, such as the resume and activities list. This role is crucial in polishing the finer points of a student’s presentation, ensuring that every accolade and activity is meticulously documented and presented in the most impactful way. The Boatswain also ensures that all application components are harmoniously integrated, presenting a coherent and compelling narrative to prospective colleges.
