The Navigator guides the overarching strategy of the college application voyage. With years of experience in college admissions, our navigators use a combination of analytical prowess and intuitive insight to steer each student’s course. The First Mate is responsible for refining and perfecting the application materials. This role involves a close working relationship with the student, focusing on crafting compelling essays and personal statements that resonate with admissions committees. The First Mate ensures that each piece of writing not only meets Grey Eyed Owl’s high standards, but also captures the unique voice and spirit of the student.
The Boatswain manages the detailed aspects of the application process, such as the resume and activities list. The Boatswain also ensures that all application components are harmoniously integrated, presenting a coherent and compelling narrative to prospective colleges.
